GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Application 適用範囲

Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD (hereinafter called “ATL”) shall undertake services in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter called “General Conditions”), and all offers, quotations, and tenders for services, resulting contracts and agreements shall be governed by these General Conditions. In the event that any of the provisions of the General Conditions proves to be invalid or illegal, that shall not in any way affect, impair or invalidate any other provisions and all other provisions of the General Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

書面による別段の合意が無い限り、株式会社オートモーティブ・テクノロジーズ（以下、「ATL」という。）は、以下に
規定する一般取引諸条件（以下、「本約款」という。）に従って、当社のサービスを提供し、当社とお客様の間のサ
ービス提供、契約、合意その他の全ての取引には本約款が適用される。本約款のうちいずれかの規定が無効又は違
法であることが判明した場合、当該規定によって、本約款のその他の規定の適法性又は有効性に何ら影響を与える
ものではなく、当該その他の規定は適法かつ有効であるものとする。

Provision of Services サービス提供に関する規定

ATL shall provide its services solely for the benefit of the persons or bodies from whom the orders and instructions to act originated (hereinafter called the “Client”). No other third party is entitled to give orders and instructions to ATL, including on the scope of inspection or delivery of certificates or reports, unless pre-authorized by the Client and agreed to by ATL.

ATL は、当社のサービス提供を発注又は申込いただく個人、法人又は団体（以下、「顧客」という。）の利益のため
にのみ当社サービスを提供する。顧客以外の第三者は、顧客から事前に承認され、かつ、ATL が同意した場合を除
き、ATL に対して、検査の範囲、検査証明の発行又は検査報告を含み、いかなる発注又は指示をすることはできない。

ATL is an independent inspectorate engaged in activities relating to the area of pre-shipment inspection, certification and verification of vehicles and machinery. As such, ATL generally provides the following services, ATL は、車両及び機械の輸出前検査、証明及び認証に関する業務に従事する、独立した検査機関である。ATL は原則として、以下のサービスを提供する。

(a) overseas and domestic biosecurity inspections, odometer verification, surveys, verifications, certification, heat treatment, and other similar services as may be agreed by ATL;
海外及び国内のバイオセキュリティ検査、走行距離計の検証、調査、証明、熱処理、及び ATL が同
意するその他の類似するサービス；

(b) consulting, audits and advisory services in connection with the foregoing matters and other areas;
(a)及びその他の事項に関するコンサルティング、監査、及びアドバイザリーサービス；

(c) issuance of certificates and/or reports relevant to the above-mentioned services.
